I’m having difficulty viewing content on Internet Explorer, what should I do?

On some machines, Internet Explorer resorts to compatibility mode. To change out of this, press F12. 

You will see a window fill the bottom third of your screen. Click on the toolbar header in this window labeled “Browser Mode”. Select “Internet Explorer 10” within this drop down menu. When you are finished, be sure to “X” out of this window by clicking the “X” in the right hand corner.
